Day 1 to writing... Kicking into Yoga straight in the morning. As soon as I wake up: time doesn't matter, either the weather or how I feel. Just get myself to this mat. Leaving thoughts and the rest floating without distracting myself from this necessary routine. Morning practice to freshen my day up. So let's begin with that :"Each morning we're born again.
