Yogamandine, c’est quoi ?

Yoga can be many things: discipline, refuge, exploration.

Over time, it can become a way to navigate life with greater awareness and confidence by reconnecting with the intelligence of your body and your own inner direction.

My classes are designed as a colourful journey through body, breath and awareness, where dynamic movement meets moments of stillness. I draw inspiration from Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Mandala, Yin and Breathwork, and my offering combines strength and softness, effort and surrender allowing space to both move deeply and turn inward.

Subtle elements such as carefully chosen music, conscious breathing and pauses for reflection create an atmosphere that supports presence, exploration and reconnection with yourself.

The aim is simple: to build a body that feels capable and at ease, a mind that pauses before reacting, and a practice that supports you beyond the mat.
