Hey, it is Amandine.

I am glad you’re here!

I have been teaching yoga for over ten years. Time flies…

What began as a physical discipline gradually became a way of understanding myself, with depth and honesty.

My work bridges embodied practice, spiritual tradition & academic inquiry.

This approach allows me to connect direct experience in the body with the wisdom of lineage and thoughtful reflection.

My teaching is rooted in :

  • An eclectic yoga background

  • Continuous engagement with academic research and advanced teacher trainings

Always seeking to stay up to date in my field, so I can offer guidance that is both clear and grounded.

My path started with Ashtanga, which gave me structure, devotion and discipline.

Over time, Mandala, Rocket, Yin, Breathwork and other approaches invited more creativity and freedom.

What Shapes My Teaching ?

Bridging Yogic Tradition, Contemplative Practices and Academic Research.

Training with Dharma Mittra in New York transformed my relationship to yoga and how I share the practice.

  • Moving beyond performance toward the responsible transmission of knowledge.

  • Approaching yoga as sadhana: a lifelong practice rather than a display of ability.

  • Learning to balance tradition with critical thinking, humility and personal experience.

  • An invitation to question, unlearn and keep the practice alive.

Completing a Master's degree in Social and Religious Sciences.

  • Reshaped my perspective on spirituality, belief systems and contemplative practices.

  • Questioning authority and recognising the dynamics of cult-like structures.

  • Valuing direct experience over hierarchy.

  • Encouraging autonomy and critical thinking.

  • Cultivating a nuanced and evidence-informed perspective on spiritual traditions.

  • Engaging with spiritual traditions through both scholarship and practice.

What, I believe, your yoga practice can bring into your life?

Your Yoga Practice should help you navigate yourself in life, not make you rely on somebody else's direction. It takes you back to what already resides within you.

Your yoga practice isn’t a solution. It’s a tool for self-understanding.

Your practice can help you:

  • Feel your own body and mind.

  • Make choices aligned with yourself.

  • Develop autonomy, self-trust and discernment.

  • (Re)Learn to sense and trust your own body, mind and intuition.

What kind of teaching will you get from me?

My style of yoga offers structure without rigidity. Depth without pressure. Spiritual perspective without dogma.

My yoga spaces and yoga’s approach are not places of answers nor just movements but ongoing exploration of awareness, confidence and becoming.

The long term and lasting impacts of yoga in your life?

  • A body that feels more capable and at ease.

  • A mind that pauses before reacting.

  • A growing trust in your own judgment.

  • A steadier relationship with uncertainty.

Whether in a studio, a private session or a retreat, the invitation remains simple:

To meet yourself with clarity, patience and respect.

Looking forward to catching up soon in studios, private sessions, short immersions or longer retreats.

With warmth,

Amandine. Bisous xx
