“I had always found the idea of yoga slightly intimidating, but towards the end of last year I attended a class with Amandine. That first hour has changed my life. Over the past 7 months I have done things I would have never imagined I was physically capable of (like headstands!) but more importantly, I have felt such peace and joy through my practice which has been guided by Amandine. Amandine’s group classe are always brilliant – she gives such clear instructions and offers several variations for poses. I find her the most easy to follow instructor that I have practised with, and her voice is almost hypnotically calming. However, for me personally, the best thing has been also doing individual sessions with Amandine. In our individual sessions, Amandine has worked with me to understand and challenge my limits and give such support and specific guidance – even when I am practising on my own I remember her instructions!! I hope to keep practising with Amandine for a long time but I know that whatever happens she has given me the most amazing foundation in yoga and a desire to keep practising.”

Her Vinyasa practice is strong and intense at times, yet she always manages to radiate a sense of gentle calmness, kindness, and tranqulity that carries right through her class. She has a great sense of playfulness and at the same time is hugely nurturing and full of love and positivity. “Amandine led a private session for my book group in London last week - we wanted a change of pace to our normal drinking, eating and chatting. It was a wonderful experience. She was very professional and took control of the situation easily but in a friendly way - we were all completely floating on air afterwards and it was an interesting bonding experience for us as a group too. We all had very different yoga abilities, yet we all ended up feeling more connected than when we started.
I liaised with Amandine regarding the schedule and what was required prior to the session etc - and it was a very easy process with her responding to my emails quickly and clearly.

“I am 66 and had never done yoga until a year ago. I had had back problems for many years, which had not been helped by falling off a ladder 3 years earlier. A year ago there was a period when I could barely walk.
